Japanese Technique "Kuchi-Guruma (口車)"

Have you ever heard "Kuchi-Guruma"?

It's strong technique. 

 

It's not "Kuchiki", as you know "Kuchiki-Taoshi(朽木倒)" which is not allowed to take at IJF Rules for now and means about "to hold and push down (taoshi) decayed trees (kuchiki) ".  So this technique name supposed to had been named with the metaphor, the technique looks like old tree's falling down dynamic.

 

Anyway, we'd been reading about the new technique "Kuchi-Guruma(口車)", let's back to the topic.

After Judo became a international sports, Judo language have been used till now between judokas even with the people can not understand each other in international situation, for example "Hansoku-make", "ippon", "Waza-ari", "Shido" and so on according to the all referee's judgement and it made us laughing so many times:)

"Kuchi-Guruma(口車) " can be also kind of these, our common language.

As I mentioned at beginning, it sounds like "Kuchiki-Taoshi" or some another technique but not at all.

It is completely different from others.  At the biggest point, it is not a physical technique, but strong.

 

It's about the technique which is used by good speakers or talkers.  Actually, "Kuchi"...it means "mouth" in Japanese.

They good speakers or talkers are talking talking... and sometimes they are too much fast talk or too good skilled at talking and finally we can't do anything against their full skilled speaking mouth. This is the moment "Kuchi-Guruma" is used and working well.

 

Additionally interesting thing is how Japanese character "Kanji" spells, it's like this.. "口車"(kuchi-guruma) and it's made of two characters, "口(kuchi)" and "車(guruma)".  Perhaps, intuition people already have noticed though, the first character is like...... yes! It figures itself just like the opened "mouth (口)".

 

 

Probably by your surround, there are already some people who use Kuchi-guruma as their special technique.
