What do u think after stepping on mats before fight?

I think there are about three types of players, 1st is without consciously thinking, 2nd type is with consciously think and 3rd type is with emotion when they step up to the tatami before fights.

I think the best way to manage the nervousness is just doing as you want, players will take the best option after experience or just by their own instinct or intuition.

But if you are a player who gets too much nervous and if you are badly weak at that kind of mentally pressure, I think the best way is to make good image of gripping and techniques in your head which you've practiced with a lot of effort. But if you are still worried a lot with that, I think you are lacked and not enough prepared with fighting plan which is very important.

Some players don't need fighting plan in their head but some players do need.

This kind of players don't need it, they have throw options by feeling, perhaps rather to say "their body know" because of many success experience in many randori or competition fights by the particular moments to use that throw options. If you are not of this type, I think you need to prepare for the fights with fight plans how to score and how to recover your disadvantages more specificlly.
